FAQ
Complete your wholesale inquiry form online and we will notify you within 24hours of your approval status.
Payment can be made via Direct deposit, PayPal, Stripe or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex).
Once your order is received and processed we will send an invoice for payment. Orders received and paid by 12.30pm will be shipped the same day.
All orders are shipped with StarTrack Express and the delivery cost is calculated on the weight, number of packages, and the postcode being delivered. A quote can be completed through the StarTrack website located in the link below.
We do not provide a refund for wholesale orders but we do accept returns within 7 days from purchase and offer a credit note which will be added to your account and allocated to your next invoice unless stated otherwise. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, with the swing tags attached.
