Orders and Shipping

Standard shipping times are:

VIC, NSW, SA, ACT (Metro areas) – allow 24 hours

QLD & TAS (Metro areas) – allow 48 hours

WA, NT & Far north QLD (Metro areas) – allow up to 5 days

All orders are shipped with StarTrack.

All shipments are ‘authority to leave’ (ATL), meaning the driver will leave your parcel in a location they deem safe if no one’s home.

To change your address, simply go to “Account” at the top of the page. Under “Addresses” you may either edit an existing address or add a new address for all future deliveries.

A tracking number will be emailed to you along with your shipping confirmation once your order has been processed.

No credit card information will be kept on file, transactions processed via Stripe and PayPal are secure.

Orders can be collected from the warehouse. Please arrange with reception prior to by emailing sales@cbclothing.com.au

Yes, CB Clothing will need all relevant details of shipper and any shipping labels to attach to freight.

CB Clothing’s daily cut off is 12.30pm AEST. Orders received and paid for can be sent the same day.

We do not have public access for clients at the warehouse or change rooms. You are welcome to view garments in our reception area. A time can be arranged by contacting sales@cbclothing.com.au

Payment can be made via Direct deposit, PayPal, Stripe or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex).

Returns and Exchanges

We provide a refund or credit/exchange of garments within 7 business days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, with the swing tags attached. Client must advise CB Clothing of any return and reason before returning via email sales@cbclothing.com.au or 03 9335 6606.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded, except where the item is faulty or defective.

A faulty or defective item must be returned within 7 business days of receiving your order and must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, with the swing tags attached. Client must advise CB Clothing of any return and reason before returning via email sales@cbclothing.com.au or 03 9335 6606.

A 10% fee applies of total value of the return with a minimum $20 (excluding freight).

Yes, CB Clothing are not responsible for freight costs of returned items, unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault or defect to garment.

We do not provide a refund for wholesale orders but we do accept returns within 7 days from purchase and offer a credit note which will be added to your account and allocated to your next invoice unless stated otherwise. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, with the swing tags attached.

CB Clothing makes the best effort to quality control all items prior to dispatch.

In the case that something is faulty or damaged, we will arrange collection of the faulty garment and exchange or replace it free of charge.

Yes, CB Clothing can advise an ETA for any out of stock item and you can place a back order.
