All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Style and Pricing
Prices may change at any time without notice. All items will be supplied at the current pricing at the time of invoicing. Styles, colours, sizes, and fabrics may be changed or discontinued at any time by CB Clothing.
Production
Shade matching and design replication will be within industry-standard tolerances. Between production runs, some colours will have shade matching difficulties. Certain colours, such as charcoal and earth tones, are more prone to colour variations. Please check that any colour variations are acceptable before printing or embellishing an order; we will not be able to correct these issues once the order has been printed.
Sizing
During manufacture, size variations are unavoidable. Please keep in mind that the measurements supplied are only a guide to sizing. Please ensure that any size differences are acceptable before printing or embellishing an order, since we will not be able to correct these issues once the order has been produced.
Sample Orders
- Orders for samples cannot be returned for a refund. Any orders with fewer than five products are considered sample orders.
- Any sample orders that are returned will be donated to charity rather than being returned to the purchaser.
- Any order that is returned after 60 days will be shipped back to the client at the expense of the customer.
- Under no circumstances is CB Clothing obligated to contribute to screen-printing expenses or pay for reprinting.
- Before decorating or printing, customers are responsible for inspecting the items. Non-returnable merchandise includes items that have been printed, cleaned, dyed, relabelled, or adorned. As a result, we strongly advise you to check all orders prior to sending them to your printer.
- Before printing, please check that your invoice is correct. If you’re delivering orders straight to your printer, make sure the printer checks the order thoroughly against the packing slip as mistakes can happen. If a picking error is discovered before the order is printed, we can correct it; but, we cannot accept the items after they have been printed.
Credit Terms
- A late payment fee will be incurred for overdue accounts more than 20 days from the due date.
- Orders placed and not paid for within 7 days are to be returned into inventory and customer will incur a 10% restocking fee.
- Visa/Mastercard 1.2% surcharge when payment is processed over the phone
- Amex 2% surcharge when payment is processed over the phone
